From the Pommel horse to the Peleton

After more than 30 years working in gymnastics and education, providing programs for youth development and sports entertainment services, owner of PalletON, Grant Carlyon pivoted into resource recovery. When the world came to a virtual stop at the onset of Covid, Grant recognised that without the humble pallet, so many supply-chains and essential services cannot continue. Working with a close friend who is an industry-leader and key ally, Grant immersed himself in the industry and established PalletON. His understanding of community, teamwork and service quality is fast establishing PalletON as a supplier and partner of choice.

Many people are familiar with the cycling term, Peloton - the group that forms to cooperate to go faster and further, and most importantly to enjoy the journey. For PalletON it begins with a conversation, understanding business needs and recognising opportunities for collaboration.

Our PalletON consists of the forklift driver, the storeman, warehouse manager and of course the business owner. Understanding the destination, the respective roles and collaboration are essential to our business. 

PalletON is based on the principles of teamwork and efficiency. We strive to understand our business partners needs and provide key services within their supply-chain processes to help them to keep moving. Together we go further and faster.
